Overview
All products sold on A Shirt Shop are printed and shipped on‑demand by our production partners. Because each item is custom‑made, we do not keep physical inventory and cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or wrong size. However, we gladly replace or refund items that arrive misprinted, damaged, defective, or are lost in transit.
Return & Claim Window — 30 days
You must submit a claim within 30 calendar days of the product’s delivery date (or the estimated delivery date for lost orders). After this window we may be unable to assist.
Eligible Cases
- Misprint / Manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect colors, blurred print).
- Damage in transit (item arrives broken, torn, stained).
- Package lost (tracking shows no delivery after 5 business days beyond estimated date).
Printful requires photo evidence for misprinted or damaged items.
Non‑Eligible Cases
- Wrong size, color, or design ordered by the customer.
- Minor variations in color due to screen calibration.
- General wear & tear after use or washing instructions not followed.
How to File a Claim
- Email support@ashirtshop.com with subject “Return / Replacement Request – Order #12345”.
- Include:
- Order number and email used at checkout.
- Clear photos of the defect, the packaging, and the packing slip.
- We forward your claim to Printful for review (takes 1‑3 business days).
- If approved, we will:
- Replace the affected product at no cost, or
- Refund the product price to your original payment method.
Return Address & Logistics
- Do not send items back before receiving instructions. Unauthorized returns will be destroyed by the warehouse.
- Approved returns are shipped to the nearest partners acility (USA, Latvia, Spain, UK, Canada, Mexico, or Australia). We will provide the exact address in your claim confirmation email.
- You will never be asked to pay return shipping for an approved claim.
EU “Cooling‑Off” Exception
Under EU consumer law, the 14‑day cooling‑off period does not apply to goods “made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.” All our products are printed uniquely for each order, so cooling‑off returns are excluded unless defective.
Exchanges
Because items are made on demand, we cannot offer size or color exchanges. Please consult the size guide on each product page before ordering.
